Opportunities for both adults and student to volunteer during Massachusetts Yoga and Meditation Week. We also offer community service certificates for student-volunteers.
Submit your artwork on “Yoga.” The artwork should demonstrate participant’s understanding of yoga. It can be about one of the outcomes of yoga like peace, connection, and oneness. Entries can be submitted as individual or team of two to ten people.
Asanas are a significant aspect of yoga practice. Participants will be tested on balance, ease of movement, gracefulness, stability, hold and overall presentation. All participants will present two asanas of their choice and one asana as directed by the judges.
